| Brooklyn Sports Alliance (BSA) First Annual Tournament, November 4-12, 2006 Over 700 12- and 13-year-old boys and girls from all over Brooklyn participated in the First Annual Brooklyn Sports Alliance Tournament in November 2006. The week long competition culminated with four division championship games on Saturday, November 11 at Xaverian High School. FCRC helped establish the BSA, a not-for-profit organization that promotes athletics, education and personal development among youths living or going to school in Brooklyn. |

| Seventh Annual Brooklyn Basketball Challenge, January 15, 2006 FCRC and Long Island University hosted the Seventh Annual Brooklyn Basketball Challenge, bringing together high schools from around the borough to play hard and celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day together. All proceeds from the event benefited the youth development programs of Youth America Inc. and the Right Bounce organization. This year’s event included teams from Harry Van Ardsdale, Hempstead, Canarsie, Valley Stream Central, Bishop Loughlin and Benjamin Banneker high schools. |

| Nets Basketball Clinic, July 25-28, 2005 “My dream is to play pro ball,” said Armani Cardwood, a 13-year-old Brownsville resident and I.S. 323 student, as he hit the court at St. Francis College in downtown Brooklyn. Armani was one of 100 participants who spent a week learning new skills and sportsmanship at last summer’s free basketball clinic hosted by FCRC and the Nets. |

| Nets Basketball Camp, April 28-29, 2005 FCRC and the Nets teamed up with Basketball City, New York’s premiere basketball facility, to host a free two-day basketball clinic for local boys and girls, ages 10 to 14. The clinic included a guest presentation from professional shooting instructor Dave “The Shooting Wizard” Hopla and a special appearance by Brooklyn native Dwayne “Pearl” Washington, who attended Boys and Girls High School and later played for the Nets.
